RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your FERF piece. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy applicable to your order below.
EGYPT ORDERS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all FERF tags attached.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items can be exchanged at the FERF showroom by appointment, or we can arrange a pickup and redelivery for an additional delivery fee.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns
Returns can be dropped off at the FERF showroom by appointment, or a pickup can be arranged for an additional delivery fee.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.
Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or, where applicable, to the original card used for payment.
Please note that refunds for purchases made through installment providers may take up to one month to be processed, depending on the payment provider.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all FERF tags attached.
To request a return, please contact FERF within the 7 days return period before sending your item back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, as well as any duties, taxes or additional charges associated with the return.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Once your return reaches FERF and has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges on international orders.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In their original condition
* Returned with all original FERF tags attached
* Free from damage, alterations, stains, fragrance or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Delivery charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
