Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

You can return or exchange your order by either:

* Dropping it off at our showroom (by appointment only), or
* Requesting a pickup through our shipping partner for an additional pickup fee.

The pickup fee is determined by the shipping company and may vary depending on your location and the value of the order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

* Cash payments: Refunded via Instapay within 72 hours.
* Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 72 hours.
* Installment payments: If your order was paid using an installment provider, the refund process may take up to one month, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
